How much does it cost to hire Taylor Law?

There is no attorney fee unless Taylor Law wins a recovery for you. The firm is then paid from a percentage of the recovery. Your written agreement will explain the fee and case-cost terms for your matter.

How do I know whether I have a personal injury case?

A case generally starts with an injury caused by another person or company’s carelessness or wrongful conduct. The best way to know is a free, fact-specific review of what happened, the available evidence, insurance coverage, and your losses.

How long will my injury case take?

Timing depends on medical recovery, the complexity of liability, the number of parties, available coverage, and whether litigation is necessary. A responsible evaluation should not force a timeline before the long-term impact of the injury is understood.

What should I bring to a free consultation?

Bring any crash or incident report, photographs, insurance information, medical paperwork, witness details, correspondence from insurers, and a simple timeline. If you do not have everything yet, the conversation can still begin.

Does Taylor Law serve clients outside Salt Lake City?

Yes. Taylor Law serves injured people and families throughout Utah and offers virtual as well as in-person consultations.
